AI-Classified Refund Reasons
Wayfinder now classifies refunded products with best-in-class generative AI. This helps merchants understand refund reasons by product categories, individual products, or even by shipment couriers.
Depending on your product data and classification, Wayfinder parses text-based refund notes, creates a dynamic classification model, and visualizes results—all this without the need for an extra app to track refund reasons, as long as refund notes are written. The generative AI model also converts all reasons into English, unifying refund notes data from several different stores.

RFM Segments Based Customer Filtering
Customer dashboards also received a major update as lifetime and retention analysis dashboards can now be filtered with Wayfinder's built-in RFM segments. With this enhancement, merchants can drill into the detailed behavior of different customer segments and target more specific marketing actions for these audiences.

Enhanced Marketing Dashboards
Wayfinder Marketing Overview and Marketing Channels dashboards have been updated to support clarity, usability, and new marketing channels to be released.
